Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction and interior projects.
- Measure quantities from drawings and site visits to support BOQ preparation.
- Help gather supplier quotes and compare prices for materials and services.
- Track project expenses and assist in preparing cost reports and variation claims.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and collect data for reporting.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, drawings, and project documents.
- Assist in coordinating with clients, designers, and project teams to align costs and designs.
Qualifications
- Must hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of construction processes and interior design materials.
- Able to read and understand technical drawings and plans.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic measurement or drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
