We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Officer to oversee food production processes and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards within our hotel and food production operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in quality assurance, food production, or hotel operations.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, and hotel food production processes.
- Ability to identify quality issues and implement effective corrective measures.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work closely with kitchen, production, and hotel operations teams.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations: Familiarity with relevant health and safety standards.
