Icon Prime Investments is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling land investment opportunities while guiding clients through the entire purchase process—from initial engagement to successful completion of the sale.

As a brand ambassador for the company, you will identify potential clients, build strong relationships, conduct product presentations, and drive sales performance while meeting set targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities and potential clients
• Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and corporate presentations
• Demonstrate company projects, explaining location, benefits, pricing, and payment plans
• Follow up with prospects through the sales process and provide after-sales support
• Research and develop new client sourcing strategies and partnerships with institutions
• Maintain and update client information using the company CRM system
• Coordinate and attend site visits for clients across company projects
• Handle client inquiries through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Follow up on payments from clients sourced personally
• Build strong client relationships by providing guidance and investment insights
• Maintain accurate client databases and track sales progress
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead conversion reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate land sales
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
