Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Monitoring & Evaluation, Leadership, Public Policy, Business, Economics, Data Science, Development Studies, or related disciplines)
• Proven experience delivering corporate training, executive education, or professional consultancy assignments
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Practical industry, government, or policy experience will be a strong advantage
