Project Field Sales Manager Job

Our client a construction firms, is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Project Field Sales Manager to oversee field sales operations and drive project-based sales growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, managing client engagements on-site, and ensuring successful execution of sales strategies in the field.

  • Plan and execute field sales strategies to achieve project sales targets. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions. 
  • Manage and coordinate field sales teams to ensure efficiency and performance. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. 
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and support sales activities. 
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights. 
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects in collaboration with internal teams. 
  • Proven experience in field sales or project sales, preferably in a supervisory role. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage. 

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: KES 80,000 – 150,000 per month 
  • Sales Commission: 1% – 3% based on sales performance 
  • Annual Bonus 
  • Fuel Allowance 
  • Communication Allowance 
  • Business Entertainment Reimbursement
