- We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy person who wants to learn and manage our Bitrix24 system step by step.
- Our group operates several international companies and projects in Kenya, Germany, Czech Republic, and Ireland.
- Bitrix24 is our main platform for CRM, communication, project management, and online training — and we need a smart person to bring structure and clarity into it.
- You don’t need to know everything about Bitrix24 yet — we will train you.
- What we need is someone organized, curious, reliable, and ready to grow fast.🔧 Main Tasks (Start Small, Grow Fast)
- Learn and understand Bitrix24 (CRM, Tasks, Projects, Automations).
- Support management by cleaning and organizing data.
- Create tasks, pipelines, and small workflows.
- Help connect social media accounts, emails, and phone systems.
- Assist in building reports and dashboards.
- Support setup of customer and partner portals.
- Gradually take over full admin responsibilities once trained.
Requirements & Skills
- University graduation (any discipline, business or IT preferred).
- Strong computer literacy (Google Workspace, Excel, CRM or ERP systems).
- Fast learner with interest in management and automation tools.
- Good English communication (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of marketing or business systems (optional but a plus).
- Training & Growth
You will receive:
- Step-by-step Bitrix24 training from our international management team.
- Access to real company projects and multi-country setups.
- Mentorship in CRM logic, process automation, and company structures.
- Opportunity to grow into a Bitrix24 System Administrator or Operations Manager within 3–6 months.
Compensation
- Starting salary: KSH 25,000 – 35,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Paid training and certification opportunity.
- Long-term position after the 3-month trial period.
