Role Overview: –

Rup Pharm Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail -oriented Production Line Manager to oversee daily operations of our Gauze roll and medical device manufacturing lines. The ideal candidate will ensure production efficiency, quality control, and compliance with regulatory standards, while leading a team of technicians and operators to meet output targets.

Key Responsibilities: –

• Supervise and coordinate all activities on the production floor, including folding, cutting, and packaging of gauze rolls.
• Implement and monitor duality control procedures to ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Optimize production workflows to reduce downtime and improve throughout.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to ensure skill development and adherence to SOP’s.
• Collaborate with maintenance team teams to ensure machinery is serviced and operational.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols across the production area.
• Support audits and inspections by regulatory bodies and internal quality teams.

Qualifications & Skills: –

• Diploma or Degree in industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in medical or FMCG manufacturing, strong understanding of lean manufacturing, quality assurance, and GMP standards.
• Proficient in production planning tools and basic IT systems (e.g. Tallyprime, Excel).
• Excellent Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Asian languages will be considered an added advantage.
