This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Specialist- Advanced Surgery. The Product Specialist- Advanced Surgery will engage in daily tasks including product demonstrations, customer service, and sales activities. Additional responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing technical support, and assisting in the development of marketing strategies for our product line.

  • Develop and implement sales and growth strategies for a defined geographic territory.
  • Generate new revenue opportunities within the Endoscopy & Surgical solutions market, while effectively managing existing accounts to exceed annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with surgeons, theatre managers, and hospital decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted solutions provider by offering product knowledge, demonstrations, and in-theatre procedural assistance.
  • Stay up to date with the Endo Surgery and medical devices market to identify opportunities, negotiate, and close high-value deals.
  • Drive sales growth across Fullcare Surgical Limited’s product portfolio, including sutures, laparoscopic devices Etc
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to achieve and surpass revenue objectives.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales activities, forecasts, and customer insights for management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient product delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance with corporate procedures.
  • Conduct strategic negotiations and engagement activities with customers to strengthen partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Achieve annual sales goals in line with company objectives on profitability, predictability, and market share expansion.
  • Work closely with teams to ensure seamless customer service and account management.
  • Proficiency in product specialization related to advanced surgical products
  • Analytical Skills for evaluating product performance and market trends
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales, with a focus on healthcare products
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Diploma in Nursing or Diploma in Perioperative Technologist, such as healthcare management, or similar
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial
