Detail International Ltd is an avocado export company,located at Kenversity Sacco House in Kahawa Sukari,Nairobi,Kenya. We are seeking an experienced and motivated produce manager to join our team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Produce Manager located in Kahawa Sukari. The Produce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the produce department, including ordering and receiving produce, produce control, and ensuring the quality and safety of produce items. The Produce Manager will also handle suppliers and farmers, maintain excellent customer service, and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Inventory Control and Inventory Management skills
- Knowledge of Food Safety standards and practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the retail or grocery industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
