We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, supplier management, and cost-effective purchasing within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day procurement operations
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers
  • Prepare and process purchase orders
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments
  • Track supplier performance and resolve any issues
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
  • Support cost control initiatives and budget adherence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • CIPS qualification or equivalent is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Good knowledge of procurement processes and inventory control
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
