We are seeking a highly motivated Intern who will be supporting the purchasing department by managing vendor databases, processing purchase orders (LPOs), assisting with tender documents and maintaining records. Sourcing, market research, and data management while facilitating communication between suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Supplier & Vendor Management: Register new vendors, maintain databases, and handle communication to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Procurement Support: Receive requisitions, prepare Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), and assist with sourcing products and services.
  • Documentation & Reporting: File contracts, update procurement plans, and scan/archive documents for compliance
  • Tender/Bid Process: Assist in preparing tender documents, soliciting quotations, and evaluating bids.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support daily office operations, such as inventory verification, data analysis, and preparing reports for committees.

  • Analytical Skills

Academic Qualifications

  • Recent graduates in procurement, supply chain
  • At least 1 year of experience in supply chain.
  • Proficiency in ICT with strong MS Office and internet ability.
