Responsibilities

• Overseeing audit functions, training initiatives, and compliance processes, you will drive process improvements within the Retail department, ensuring adherence to operational standards, regulatory requirements, and effective resource allocation.
• You will conduct field audits, compliance reviews, and quality assessments, identify gaps and risks in retail systems, and propose corrective actions.
• Additionally, you will develop and implement training programs to enhance compliance awareness and operational excellence across the department

Expertise
