We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Principal to lead our Migosi Campus. The ideal candidate is a passionate educator with strong leadership skills, committed to upholding discipline and fostering a supportive, student- centered environment. They will oversee teaching staff, manage educational structures, and ensure effective CBC implementation while driving academic and operational excellence.

Key Qualifications and Experience Required:

• A Minimum of a Bachelor of Education degree (Early Childhood Education) from a recognised University
• Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission
• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience and continuous teaching experience in the field, minimum 3 years’ experience as a Principal/ Deputy Principal or in any relevant school leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the CBE Curriculum.

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Possess problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
