Responsibilities :
- Manage and execute technical workshops and proof of concepts (POCs) to demonstrate product capabilities.
- Develop solution architecture, detailed equipment lists (BoM), and presentations for customer engagements.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and provide technical support and advice.
- Provide network solution design and consulting to customers and internal teams, such as Presales, Sales, Installation, and Service teams.
- Review and respond to TOR/REF/RFI documents, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
- Work with local distributors to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
- Stay up to date with your product’s technologies, features, and market development, including competing products.
- Communicate customer needs and market insights to the product manager and development team.
- Gather, assess, and understand customer requirements from both business and technical perspectives.

Required profile for job ad : Pre Sales Executive – Nairobi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network infrastructure roles like pre-sales, post-sales, or installation engineering.
- Direct experience with Cisco routing/switching, wireless LAN controller, and software-defined network.
- CCNA, CCNP certified, or equivalent certifications preferred
