The Phlebotomy cadre is responsible for the accurate, safe, and timely collection of blood and other clinical specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring correct patient identification, specimen integrity, infection prevention, and professional customer service in line with JOOTRH laboratory standards and Ministry of Health policies.

Person Specifications

Diploma or Certificate in Phlebotomy, Medical Laboratory Technology, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in computer applications.
