Key Responsibilities
- Procurement and Supply chain support that is:
- Source medicines from licensed suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable supply.
- Oversee quality assurance, including batch tracking and expiry monitoring.
- Product Development & Design
- Analyse common clinical needs and design medication packages for different use cases (e.g., maternal
- health, paediatrics, chronic disease management).
- Ensure packages balance clinical utility, affordability, and profitability.
- Market Research & Demand Analysis
- Engage with clinics to identify their prescribing practices, pain points, and preferences.
- Utilize data insights to identify high-demand medicines and optimize product offerings.
- Product Management & Pricing
- Develop tiered product solutions (basic, premium, specialized packages).
- Define pricing strategy and clinic incentive/commission models.
- Dispensing drugs and reviewing prescriptions for accuracy.
- Advising patients on proper medication use and side effects.
Requirements
Mandatory:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy from a recognised University.
- Minimum 5years’ experience in pharmaceutical related fields.
- Ability to maintain accurate patient records and inventory management.
- Customer service skills for patient counselling.
- Passionate about health equity and making a difference.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines.
