People Partner Job

Growe welcomes those who are excited to:

  • Support employees throughout their life cycle (onboarding, performance review, conducting 1-to-1 meetings, off-boarding);
  • Work with teams from different locations and nationalities;
  • Work with HRM system (adding new employees, making changes regarding employees, documents, etc.);
  • Take part in final interviews (evaluating soft skills and alignment with corporate values);
  • Support staff development, identify training needs, and participate in creating PDP (Personal Development Plan);
  • Identify and resolve conflict situations.

We need your professional experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in an internal HR role (People Partner/HR Manager);
  • Experience working with international teams;
  • Experience with employee lifecycle processes;
  • Upper Intermediate level of English (written and spoken);
  • Knowledge of employee evaluation methods and types of employee motivation;
  • Experience with ATS/CRM/HRM systems;
  • Work experience with IT/ iGaming industry will be a plus.

  • Adaptive and flexible, comfortable switching between different teams and approaches;
  • Comfortable with routine tasks and detail-oriented, while remaining focused on the bigger picture.
