Cinnabon Kenya is hiring a results-driven leader to oversee daily store operations across all branches. You’ll drive efficiency, lead high-performing teams, ensure top-notch customer experiences, and maintain sweet brand standards – all while keeping things rolling smoothly!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure adherence to brand and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory, control wastage, and streamline ordering processes.
- Lead and mentor staff; handle recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Track sales, manage expenses, and support financial reporting.
- Lead new store setups and drive operational strategies for growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a similar Food & Beverage or retail operations role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, inventory, and finances effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
