Job Description

  • To identify, analyse, redesign, and automate business processes across Operations and Business units, leveraging data‑driven insights and digital tools to improve efficiency, reduce operational risk, and enhance client experience.

Type of Qualification:

  • First Degree

Field of Study: 

  • IT, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field

Preferred Certifications / Added Advantage

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt
  • Data analytics certifications
  • Project Management (Agile or PMP fundamentals)

Experience Required

  • 2-3 years
  • Demonstrated experience in process engineering, automation or data analysis.
  • Experience with digital transformation or workflow automation.
