Job Description
- To identify, analyse, redesign, and automate business processes across Operations and Business units, leveraging data‑driven insights and digital tools to improve efficiency, reduce operational risk, and enhance client experience.
Type of Qualification:
- First Degree
Field of Study:
- IT, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
Preferred Certifications / Added Advantage
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt
- Data analytics certifications
- Project Management (Agile or PMP fundamentals)
Experience Required
- 2-3 years
- Demonstrated experience in process engineering, automation or data analysis.
- Experience with digital transformation or workflow automation.
