  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets in Nairobi region.
  • Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility across all channels.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, and market feedback.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of distribution networks, retail management and trade marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
