Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications::
Pursuant to Section 113 (3) of the Industrial Property Act, CAP 509, applicants for this position must possess the following qualifications.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Natural Sciences, Biological Sciences, Geological Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline from a university recognized in Kenya.
- Must have experience or expertise in industrial, scientific, and technological fields.
- Qualification and experience in alternative dispute resolution will be an added advantage.
- Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on leadership and integrity.
