Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Volunteer located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Volunteer will be responsible for monitoring various systems and projects, evaluating their performance and effectiveness, and sharing insights and learnings to optimize outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research, performing data analysis, preparing reports, and working collaboratively with team members to ensure the success of the foundation’s programs.
Qualifications
- System Monitoring and Analytical skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Research skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in report writing and data presentation
- Experience in the non-profit or development sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, or Social Sciences
