Responsibilities
- Execute marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Contribute to developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans, conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to distribute marketing materials.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns for the best ROI.
- Organize and participate in events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and generate leads.
- Update and maintain promotional materials inventory, ensuring all resources are current and accurate.
- Provide detailed reports on marketing performance and initiatives’ outcomes to the manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 6 years of experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels in Kenya.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Fluent in English
