Strategic Planning & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and brand positioning.
  • Manage and enhance brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences in the fashion industry.

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality digital content including visuals, videos, and copywriting.
  • Manage Google Ads, SEO/SEM strategies, and email marketing to drive online visibility and sales conversions.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).

Sales & Promotion Campaigns

  • Design and execute creative promotional campaigns, collaborations, and influencer partnerships to boost brand engagement.
  • Coordinate fashion events, launches, and pop-ups to enhance customer experience and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and seasonal collections.

Leadership & Team Collaboration

  • Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff, photographers, designers, and social media coordinators.
  • Liaise with internal departments (Design, Sales, Production) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and timely campaign execution.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently and prepare monthly reports on marketing performance and ROI.

Customer Engagement & Analytics

  • Monitor customer feedback and online engagement to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ proven experience in marketing or brand management within the fashion industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in design and marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Creative, trend-savvy, and capable of developing fresh, innovative marketing ideas for fashion brands.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
