Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Brand Management
- Develop, implement, and oversee integrated marketing plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Drive brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Lead product portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and market trends.
- Manage the brand budget to ensure optimal ROI on marketing initiatives.
Market Research & Consumer Insights
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
- Analyze sales data, market share, and consumer behavior to guide strategic decision-making.
- Translate research insights into actionable marketing strategies that strengthen brand performance.
Product Development & Go-to-Market Execution
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, from concept development to commercialization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, R&D, sales, and finance) to ensure successful product rollouts.
- Oversee packaging design, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns for new and existing products.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance post-launch and implement corrective actions as needed.
Advertising, Promotions & Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-store platforms.
- Manage media planning and buying to ensure effective reach and engagement.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
- Strengthen the company’s online presence through social media and digital marketing strategies.
Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies, suppliers, distributors).
- Champion innovation and creativity within the marketing function.
Key Requirement Skills And Qualification
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in FMCG marketing, preferably within the beverage industry (tea, coffee, or similar).
- Proven track record in brand building, product marketing, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching new products in competitive markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into strategy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
