Key Responsibilities
- Generate & convert leads for prime land across Kenya
- Lead AI-powered digital marketing (SEO, ads, automation)
- Develop and execute diaspora marketing strategies
- Manage campaigns from planning to ROI reporting
- Collaborate with sales to hit revenue targets
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of marketing experience – specifically in land/real estate sales
- BA/BS in Marketing/Business (MBA preferred)
- Proven expertise in digital marketing & AI tools
- Strong understanding of diaspora buyer behavior
- Track record of lead generation and sales growth
