Marketing Manager (Cosmetics) Job

RESPONSIBILTIES
- Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our beauty and cosmetics products across various channels.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, in-store promotions) that align with brand objectives.
- Manage the brand’s positioning and consumer insights, ensuring all messaging is consistent, compelling, and relevant to the target audience.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including the website, e- commerce platforms, email marketing, and social media presence.
- Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer demands, and opportunities for differentiation and market expansion.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, track KPIs, analyze campaign performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development) to ensure seamless product launches and participate in marketing events and trade shows.

REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, with a significant and demonstrable focus on the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of beauty products, market dynamics, consumer behavior, and retail environments specific to the Kenyan cosmetics landscape. (Very Key)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Business Administration,
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
- A creative thinker, highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or near Nairobi, Kenya, with the ability to work from our office and travel for events as required.
