Are you a creative, tech-savvy marketer with a passion for digital campaigns and brand growth? Roseguards Services Limited, a leading provider of security solutions in Kenya, is looking for a results- driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (social media, email, website, SEO)
- Create engaging content to promote our security services (guarding, alarms, CCTV, access control)
- Manage and grow our online presence through targeted campaigns
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Coordinate marketing events, activations, and customer engagement initiatives
- Support sales with marketing materials and lead generation strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitors to inform strategy
- Maintain a close working relationship with the General Manager, the Operations Manager and the Finance Manager and always make them aware of any potential problems or opportunities to improve controls and costs in their areas.
- Perform any other role or task that may be delegated to you by the General Manager from time to time.
Qualification:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing in a security firm
- Proficient in social media management, Google Ads, email marketing, and content creation
- Skilled in using design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar
- Experience with SEO, analytics, and digital campaign reporting
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks
- Attention to details and a team player
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Proficient use of MS office suite of packages and relevant accounting software
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
