What you’ll do:

• Actively hunt for new corporate, school, and security clients (cold calls, field visits, referrals, networking)
• Visit potential clients across Nairobi & nearby counties with samples and quotations
• Build strong relationships with school bursars, hotel managers, security company owners, HR managers, procurement officers, etc.
• Identify and help us bid for county and institutional tenders
• Follow up on leads and close deals (you earn big money on every contract you bring in!)

Who we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years experience in B2B sales/marketing (experience in uniforms, printing, branding, or promotional items is a huge advantage)
• Confident, well-spoken, and presentable – you’ll be meeting CEOs and decision-makers daily
• Excellent English + Swahili
• Aggressive closer who loves hitting (and exceeding) targets
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Own smartphone & laptop is an advantage

What we offer:

• Basic salary KSh 20,000 – 30,000 (depending on experience)
• 12% commission on every contract you close (top performers easily earn 80K–200K+ per month total)
