We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Events Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and innovation of our brand presence across Kenya.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans & budgets aligned with company objectives
- Oversee all brand communication including digital, print, PR, and social media
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and regions (Nairobi, Coast, Commercial)
- Collaborate with divisional managers to support agent marketing, property launches, and lead generation campaigns
Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all corporate events & incentive trips including:
- Kenya Awards , PGP Compass , PGP Ignite etc
- Create memorable event experiences that reflect the values and elegance of the Pam Golding brand
- Manage vendor relations, budgets, logistics, and post-event reporting
Digital and Social Media Oversight
- Lead content planning and brand storytelling across all social platforms
- Oversee website content, listing quality, and brand messaging
- Work with digital agencies or internal resources to ensure optimal performance and engagement
Internal Marketing & Culture
- Support internal comms, agent recognition programs, and brand-aligned initiatives
- Partner with leadership to align marketing with company culture and vision
Reporting & Budgeting
- Monitor marketing KPIs and event ROI
- Manage the annual marketing and events budget
- Provide monthly reports to management on progress and results
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in marketing, brand, or events management (real estate, luxury or lifestyle brands preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering strategic campaigns and high-impact events
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong eye for detail, design, and brand consistency
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
