Our client is a fast-growing technology solutions provider specializing in IT systems, digital transformation, enterprise software solutions, and technology-driven business support services across the region. They are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Management Accountant to strengthen their Finance & Commercial function.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and oversee monthly reporting
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliations
- Support payroll processing and cash flow monitoring
- Lead budgeting and forecasting across departments and projects
- Oversee contract registers, billing milestones, and revenue tracking
- Support pricing, quotations, and financial sections of proposals
- Conduct project profitability analysis and product financial modelling
- Ensure full statutory compliance (VAT, PAYE, Withholding Tax, etc.)
- Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness
Requirements & Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- CPA (K) / ACCA / CIMA (completed or in progress)
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- Experience in IT, technology, consultancy, or project-based environments is an added advantage
- Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
Salary
Gross salary: KES 70,000/-
