Loan Collection Agent Job Brisk Credit Machakos, Kenya
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers with outstanding loans to follow up on overdue payments.
- Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements with customers in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer commitments, and payments.
- Monitor assigned loan accounts and prioritize overdue and high-risk accounts.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan balances, repayment schedules, and outstanding amounts.
- Prepare regular collection reports and escalate difficult or delinquent accounts to management.
