Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales or customer service experience (insurance experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of insurance products and financial planning.
- Ability to build trust and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
