Job Description
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents including contracts, NDAs, MOUs and property acquisition documents.
- Perform legal research and provide advisories on new developments in the law.
- Perform administrative duties and management of legal documents such as filing.
- Assisting in intellectual property matters such as registrations, renewals, disputes.
- Assist in conducting legal and statutory compliance of the business.
- Assist in due diligence processes.
- Maintain and update the lease portfolio schedule.
- Sitting in staff related disciplinary hearings and advising management on action to be taken while mitigating risks on employment related litigation.
- Coordinate and oversee legal training initiatives to ensure organizational compliance and awareness of legal obligations.
- Review legal documents for alignment with operational requirements and the company’s strategic objectives.
- Support the formulation and development of internal policies.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on legal and compliance matters across various departments and external partners.
- Support contract lifecycle management including review, negotiation and renewal tracking.
