Role Overview
We’re looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer who’s passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a desire to grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design of user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience.
- Maintain design consistency across all Hillgan products and touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and tools.
Qualifications & Skills
- 0–2 years of experience (internship or freelance experience acceptable).
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Bonus Skills
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or frontend frameworks.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Experience conducting user interviews or analyzing UX metrics.
