Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Project Manager to support our
project management team in planning, executing, and monitoring cross-departmental
initiatives. This role is ideal for someone looking to build foundational project management skills while contributing to the successful delivery of strategic projects. The Junior Project Manager will assist with coordination, documentation, timeline tracking, communication flow, and day-to-day project activities essential to keeping projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and senior leadership in executing project plans and
deliverables - Monitor project milestones, timelines, documentation, risks, and schedules
- Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordinate between project teams
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and manage action items
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure accessibility for team
members - Support daily project operations and assist with deliverable preparation
- Identify potential issues or roadblocks and escalate to project managers as needed
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project workflow efficiency
- Assist in resource coordination and timeline management
- Support risk identification and mitigation planning
- Maintain project management tools and systems with current information
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information
Technology, or related field
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related role
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on tasks and commitments
- Familiarity with project management concepts and methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across departments
Preferred Qualifications
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or PMP certification
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana,
Monday.com) - Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or BPO industry
- Previous exposure to PMO (Project Management Office) operations
