Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Technician to join our technical team. If you have hands-on experience in installing and maintaining IT systems and are passionate about delivering reliable solutions, this is your opportunity to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure IT infrastructure including:
- CCTV surveillance systems
- Access control systems
- Printers and computers
- Networking components and related hardware
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of installed systems
- Support client installations and site visits with professionalism and technical accuracy
- Document installation procedures and provide basic user training when required
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and quality service delivery
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure installations
- Certificate or Diploma in IT, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in setting up CCTV, access control, printers, and computers
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, cabling, device configuration)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and client-facing confidence
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Young, motivated, and a fast learner
