IT Assistant (Techno-Functional ERP Support) Job

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration
- Must have participated in at least one full ERP implementation cycle (Tier 1 or Tier 2 systems)
- Understanding of ERP systems and business processes (finance, HR, supply chain, or operations)
- Experience with ERP configuration, support, or functional/user-side implementation
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of databases, reporting tools, and system integrations is an added advantage
- Ability to bridge technical and business requirements effectively
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Support ERP implementation, maintenance, and system optimization across business functions
- Gather business requirements from users and translate them into functional system solutions
- Provide first-level technical and functional support for ERP-related issues and queries
- Coordinate with vendors, developers, and teams during ERP implementation and support cycles
- Assist in system testing, UAT, user training, and preparation of documentation and SOPs
- Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and support reporting within ERP platforms
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within business workflows
- Support ongoing digital transformation and system enhancement initiatives
