International Consultant (Communications Expert) Job
Qualifications
- Advanced University degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field is required.
- A first-level university degree in similar fields in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
- A minimum of 7 years of professional work experience in strategic communications, social media engagement, and crisis communications, print and broadcast media, or interactive digital media is required
- Experience in development of National / institutional level communications strategies, policies and plans is desirable.
- Proven experience in training communications officers across government institutions is required.
- Experience in providing expert communications advice to public and security sectors is desirable
