  • Create and refine insurance-related documents tailored to fictional business scenarios, ensuring accuracy and industry relevance.
  • Develop high-quality insurance queries with corresponding ideal, ground-truth responses.
  • Review and humanize evaluation rubrics, making complex criteria accessible and actionable for ongoing assessments.
  • Assess and grade AI-generated insurance responses using clear Yes/No logic with well-articulated reasoning.
  • Evaluate retrieval quality by scoring source-document snippet relevance on a 0–4 scale.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to identify opportunities for AI solution improvements in insurance operations.
  • Stay current on best practices in insurance compliance, underwriting, and claims management to ensure agent accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in insurance compliance or core insurance functions such as commercial/personal lines underwriting, property/auto/workers’ compensation claims adjusting, independent insurance agency, or compliance analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity, precision, and analytical thinking.
  • Native or fluent proficiency in English.
  • Deep understanding of insurance coverage forms, claims logic, and industry decision-making processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to review, analyze, and improve complex insurance documentation.
  • Familiarity with insurance workflow evaluation and performance benchmarking.
