  • Open to both Mauritian and international candidates (including Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe, and other regions)
  • Diploma or Degree in Insurance (or related field)
  • Professional qualifications such as CII / ANZIIF are highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of AML regulations is an advantage
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in general insurance
  • Manage and enhance internal processes across an established portfolio of ~75 clients (corporate & individual)
  • Handle day-to-day portfolio operations including renewals, servicing, and client relationship management
  • Play a key role in expanding the business into non-health insurance lines, including:
  • Financial Lines (PI, D&O, Crime)
  • Fire & Allied Perils
  • CAR (Contractors All Risks)
  • Liability Insurance
  • Cyber Insurance
  • Travel Insurance
  • Marine / Cargo

Contribute to business growth initiatives, including upselling opportunities (estimated 10–20% of role focus)
