Key Responsibilities
- Courier Tracking: Monitor outbound trucks using GPS and telematics platforms.
- Allocation: Assign trucks to deliveries based on correct load size, route, and commodity.
- Live Updates: Provide stakeholders with real-time outbound trip visibility.
- Risk Identification: Proactively call out risks to the distribution plan, including delays, diversions, or non-conformance.
- Visibility Reports: Share outbound dashboards and trip completion reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Control Tower Analyst to consolidate outbound data for reporting.
- Customer Updates: Provide timely visibility to clients/distributors regarding delivery status.
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of telematics and GPS tracking
- Logistics and distribution planning expertise
- Communication and escalation skills
- Problem-solving under pressure
- Excel/Power BI reporting
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in transport/logistics operations.

Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with tracking systems and fleet management.
