JOB PURPOSE:
The Impact & Programs Manager will be a key driver of the Luton Hospital Foundation’s mission, overseeing daily operations, ensuring program excellence, and maximizing social impact across multiple countries. This role will lead grant acquisition efforts, build strategic partnerships, and ensure that all programs align with the Foundation’s long-term vision for community transformation.
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Nonprofit Management, Public Policy, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing programs within a foundation, nonprofit, or development organization, ideally across multiple countries.
- Proven success in securing grants and managing donor relationships.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-cultural management skills.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly in education, empowerment, or digital inclusion initiatives.
- Strong budget management, organizational, and reporting skills. Willingness to travel regionally and internationally (Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, India) as required.
