Duties and Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring and maintaining computer hardware, software and networks.
- Providing technical support to users and troubleshooting ICT issues.
- Assisting in system administration, data security and backup operations.
- Maintaining inventory of ICT assets and equipment.
- Supporting development and maintenance of the Assembly’s information systems.
- Any other ICT-related duties assigned by the ICT Officer.

Requirements for Appointment
- Diploma in Information Communication Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Atleast two (2) years experience in ICT support.
- Knowledge of networking, system administration and troubleshooting.
- Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
