Mombasa Continental gives you the unique experience of a tropical atmosphere and complete resort, the hotel offers the opportunity for business or pleasure. The Health Club has a squash court, gymnasium, sauna, steam room, reflexology and massage. Other entertainment facilities include a swimming pool with bar, children’s pool, tennis courts, games area and a water sports. The accommodation has 183 rooms, junior suites and Presidential suites all sea-facing.

Role Overview
- The ICT Administrator ensures the smooth operation of the hotel’s ICT systems, including networks, software, and guest-facing technology while supporting staff and safeguarding data security
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee networks, software (Opera, MICROS, etc.), and guest-facing tech.
- Ensure data security and compliance.
- Provide ICT support and training for staff.
Qualifications:
- Degree in IT/related field or certifications.
- 3+ years in ICT roles (hospitality experience preferred).
- Strong networking and cybersecurity skills.
- strong problem-solving , communication and organizational skills
