Danco Capital Limited is seeking a highly capable individual to run and manage hub operations and processes, helping drive regional sales while working closely with the Sales Executive and the Warehouse & Inventory Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure profitable customer service experience at the hub by delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage administrative functions of the hub including licenses, permits, utilities, security, health and safety, and housekeeping.
• Serve as the hub’s staff custodian, leading and coaching staff in line with company values.
• Provide reliable data and process oversight and report any operational deviations.
• Manage daily stock, cash, and banking reconciliations in coordination with the Finance Team.
• Maintain sufficient inventory levels at the hub and initiate replenishment requests when required.
• Oversee inventory control functions, including cycle counts and periodic stock takes in line with company policy.
• Manage the dispatch and logistics coordination for transport needs, stock transfers, and maintain optimal stock levels while escalating understocking or overstocking issues.
• Ensure effective customer order processing, enabling timely dispatch and delivery.
• Guarantee accurate verification of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Coordinate effectively between sales and operations at the hub, including credit customer order approvals and order processing.
• Apply a strategic mindset to cost optimization in logistics, including load consolidation, return cargo utilization, and route planning.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Store Supervisor, or Retail Supervisor in a busy trading, construction, or manufacturing company.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong warehouse and stock management skills.
• Excellent administrative, supervisory, and coaching capabilities.
• Strong computer literacy, especially in Excel and report preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with multiple stakeholders.
• Emotional intelligence and the ability to manage complex social situations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, particularly in resolving stock discrepancies.
• High attention to detail, especially in paperwork, compliance requirements, and data accuracy.
• Experience working with ERP systems, receiving shipments, and processing stock transfers is an added advantage.
• High integrity and trustworthiness.
• Alignment with company values and demonstration of strong leadership principles.
