Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and staff handbook
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and exits
- Manage payroll inputs, leave administration, and staff records
- Support performance management, appraisals, and staff development plans
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and statutory requirements
- Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
- Coordinate staff training, health & safety, and welfare initiatives
- Support HR reporting and audits
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 3+ years’ HR experience, preferably in agribusiness or SMEs
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws
- High integrity, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with field-based or rural teams is an advantage
