We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer to support and manage the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources Department. This role involves implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management, learning & development, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary cases, and grievance handling
  • Support training and development programs
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and leave management records
  • Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws and company policies
  • Prepare and analyse HR reports for decision-making
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • CHRP certification and IHRM membership (mandatory)
  • Minimum 6 years’ HR experience in a labour-intensive, unionized environment
  • At least 3 years’ hands-on experience with HRMIS systems
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, recruitment, and labor laws
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
