‎Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum of four (4) years’ HR experience, preferably in a unionized environment
  • Sound knowledge of Kenyan employment laws and HR best practices
  • Active membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)
