Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Develop employment contracts and HR policies.
• Manage payroll and employee records.
• Monitor performance metrics for Marketing and Sales teams.
• Track daily reporting and ensure minimum performance thresholds are met.
• Conduct performance reviews and staff evaluations.
• Ensure workflow consistency between departments.
• Maintain compliance with Kenyan labor laws.
• Develop staff engagement and retention strategies.
• Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience.
• Strong performance management and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales-driven or export-oriented companies.
• Understanding of KPI-based performance systems.
